Rules of Conduct

• Post, transmit, or make available through the Site any materials that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or violate the rights of others.
• Post, transmit, or make available any virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other computer code intended to damage or monitor any hardware, software, or equipment (a “Virus”).
• Use the Site for any commercial purpose not authorised by us, or for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make the Site available.
• Reproduce, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Products and Allergens

• Accuracy: We make no representations as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of such information, including nutritional content, ingredient lists, or prices, which are subject to change without notice. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
• Allergen Disclaimer: It is your responsibility to contact Infusino Pizzeria & Restaurant, Inc. directly to discuss any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or other special needs before ordering. Notwithstanding any statements to the contrary, we cannot guarantee that any Product is free of allergens or meets any other special requirements (including vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free).

Transactions and Deliveries

• Payment: You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any credit card you submit. You grant us the right to provide payment information to third parties (like Stripe) for purposes of facilitating Transactions.
• Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed and preparation has begun.
• Charges: You agree to pay all charges incurred by you through the Site, including all delivery charges and applicable taxes. Prices and other charges for online orders may differ from in-store or telephone orders.
• Delivery Time: While we aim to provide you with your ordered Products close to your requested time, we cannot guarantee the delivery or collection time. Times may be affected by bad weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Refusal of Delivery: If you are not present to take delivery of the goods at the address given in your order, we will not refund you for your order, and you will be charged the full amount.

Refund and Exchange Policy (Applicable Only to Online Orders)

• Order Errors (Wrong Item): If you receive a food item that is different from your receipt, please notify us immediately. We will offer to prepare the correct food item for you to collect, or we will refund the sales price associated with the incorrect item. The incorrect food must be returned in the original container(s) to receive the refund.
• Missing Items: If you do not receive a food item listed on your receipt, please notify us immediately. We will offer to prepare and deliver the missed item, or we will refund the amount for the missed food item.
• Food Quality: We take pride in the quality of our food. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your food, please call us immediately. We will require the food to be returned in the original container(s) for investigation. We may offer to prepare a new food order or issue a refund at the discretion of management once the issue is confirmed.
• Cancellations: Once an order is placed and confirmed, preparation begins immediately. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind.
