Description

We are looking for an experienced and personable bartender to join our team.
The bartender will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving Italian wines,
and providing excellent customer service in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
You will play a key role in enhancing the dining experience by preparing drinks,
interacting with guests, and maintaining a well-stocked bar.
The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about mixing drinks,
Italian cuisine, and wine.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Offer recommendations and knowledge of Italian wines and cocktails
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked and clean at all times
  • Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Follow safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
  • Previous bartending experience required
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and Italian wines
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Certification in bartending
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Be able to serve food orders and beverages quickly and accurately
    in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Be dressed neatly and well-groomed in the approved dress code
  • Must be able to operate the P.O.S. system, make changes correctly,
    and complete credit card transactions
