Description

We seek a passionate and customer-focused waitress to join our Infusino's restaurant team.
You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about Italian cuisine
and wine (or willingness to learn).

Responsibilities
  • Maintains a warm, welcoming, atmosphere
  • Creates a strong first impression by promptly greeting Guests
  • Ensure all food and drink orders are accurate and brought to each table promptly
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Establishes a strong rapport with all Guests to create fans and repeat business
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

 

Qualifications
  • Be dressed neatly and well groomed in the approved dress code
  • Be able to serve food orders and beverages quickly and accurately
    in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor
  • Previous experience as a server/waitress (encouraged)
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine (or willingness to learn)
  • Must follow standards of Responsible Service of Alcohol
    Must be able to operate P.O.S. system, and complete credit
    card transactions correctly
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
