The purpose of the Server/Bartender position at Infusino's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria is to provide world-class service to all guests. The server is responsible for taking guests' food orders, serving beer and wine, mixing cocktails, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for the customers. The Server/Bartender will provide superior customer service, and attention to detail to assure the highest possible level of guest satisfaction.
Maintains a warm, welcoming, atmosphere
Creates a strong first impression promptly greeting Guests, even if they are not coming to the bar area
ID all Guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 30 years old or younger
Ensuring that all food and drink orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
Makes a difference in the Guest experience by personalizing service to exceed Guest expectations
Establishes a strong rapport with all Guests to create fans and repeat business
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Be dressed neatly and well groomed in company approved dress code at all times
Be able to mix drinks, and/or serve food orders quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Computer and cash register literacy
Positive attitude and excellent communications skills
Team player, and well organized
Must follow standards of Responsible Service of Alcohol
Must meet local jurisdiction requirements, including but not limited to obtaining required certifications
Must be able to operate P.O.S. system, make changes correctly and complete credit card transactions correctly
Must be able to respond clearly to Guests' requests

Monday-Sunday: 11am – 9pm
